Free U.S. shipping on every order. No minimum, no code — applied automatically at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States.
 

Processing. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking when it ships.
 

Delivery. Our pieces are made and shipped by our international production partners, so please allow 10–20 business days for delivery once dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and can extend during holiday periods or customs processing. Tracking may take a few days to update while a parcel moves between carriers.
 

Address changes. If you need to change your address, email us as soon as possible after ordering. We can update it while the order is being prepared; once it has shipped, it can't be redirected.
 

Returns
 

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email contact@lumisportswear.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — there's nothing to send back.
 

Changed your mind. We accept change-of-mind returns within 15 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and packaging. Swimwear must have the hygiene liner intact.
 

Please note: because our pieces ship from our production partners, returns go back to them. That means return postage is international and at your cost, and can exceed the value of the item. We'll always confirm the return address and an estimated cost before you send anything, so you can decide.
 

How to start a return. Email contact@lumisportswear.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please use a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
 

Refunds. Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 

Exchanges. We don't offer direct exchanges. If a size isn't right, email us first — for sizing questions we can often help without a full return.
 

Not returnable. Items marked Final Sale, and swimwear without the hygiene liner.
